Sri Bakers began with a mission: Make and bake our own bread and serve the lives of our friends and family in Hyderabad.
A baker reads the weather, the flour, baked bread before starting to mix. A complex balance of yeast, bacteria, time, temperature, moisture, and fermentation acts on the simplest of ingredients; flour water and salt, to create one of humankind’s most delicious foods.

The process is ancient and intuitive. It is craft, science, art, and philosophy.

Grab a bag for your family. And another one to hide in a drawer so you don’t have to share. Because grownups need an after-school snack, too.
